Tanuj has been a great mentor for me. He seamlessly integrated me in the team when I had just joined Samsung and guided me at every step to ensure that am able to contribute and present my ideas to the management. He is a leader who not only ensures that the team works like a well-oiled machinery, but also takes care of his juniors by playing the role of the moderator and guide.

Tanuj is a constant learner. He has innovative ideas, many of which succeed and some fail. His infectious enthusiasm and planned approach ensures that his team gives their best to every endeavor he leads. The best thing about him is that he treats failure with due respect; instead of shoving it under the carpet, he conducts post analysis for the reasons of failure and tries to take away learning from it, for himself as well as the team.

Tanuj is one of the most self-assured person I have come across. It is due to this trait that he always helps out his colleagues in their respective ideas. He does not worry about who the credit would go to, because he seems to derive pleasure from the process, instead of the reward. This makes him the 'go-to' for any colleague, because they know that he would not hold back support.
